About Us

Why I Started
10:14 Media

I’m Ben Cooper, and I live in Knoxville, TN. I’ve been going to church my whole life.

I started 10:14 Media because I kept running into the same problem: I’d travel to a new area, look for a church to visit, and I’d always have trouble. Not because there weren’t churches around, but because I couldn’t find them online in a way that made sense.

The websites were hard to navigate, usually just blocks of text with few pictures. Most didn’t tell me much about what to expect. Their Facebook pages were mostly livestream links or occasional event announcements. There was nothing that helped a first-time visitor like me feel welcomed or prepared.

That gap, between the message churches preach and the way they present themselves online, is what I set out to fix.

Where I Come From

I grew up in Decatur, Alabama. My dad is an elder at our home congregation, and I’ve been blessed to see firsthand what faithful, Bible-based teaching can do in people’s lives.

At the same time, I’ve also seen how many of our churches struggle to keep up digitally. They know outreach matters, but they’re still thinking in terms of newspaper ads or church signs. Meanwhile, 5 billion people are on social media. Most of your town is too.

Romans 10:14 says: “How can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?”

It’s a question that drives everything 10:14 Media does.

If we want to reach people with the Gospel, they have to hear it. And to hear it, we have to show up where they are.

What I Bring

I’ve been doing social media and web work for nonprofits for the past 3 years, starting with the Knoxville Ronald McDonald House, where I saw the power of digital storytelling up close.

Since then, I’ve worked with multiple Churches, helping one congregation hit 100,000 Facebook views on their best month, and another see an immediate rise in first-time, in-person visitors after just a few months of strategic content. One of their Facebook reels has already passed 85,000 views.

I’m fully self-taught. No agency. No staff. Just me, learning everything I can to make this service truly useful to churches like yours.

What Matters Most To Me

My faith is everything to me. It’s what motivates my work, shapes my values, and keeps me focused on what matters: helping people hear the truth.

When I work with churches, I don’t see “clients” I see partners in something eternal. My job is to help make sure your message is heard clearly, shared faithfully, and delivered well to the people who need it most.

That means:

  • Being fair and honest
  • Giving my best to every congregation I serve
  • Making the process as easy and supportive as possible

I may be a solo team right now, but every piece of content, every graphic, every edit, is done with care.

A Note About
Brittany🌻

This business would not exist without my fiancée Brittany Cline, who passed away in December 2024.

Brittany was my biggest motivator. When I first shared the idea for 10:14 Media with her, she lit up. She was all in, encouraging me when I felt like it was too big, pushing me to believe in what I was building.

She was my greatest cheerleader. And she still is.

The sunflower in the 10:14 Media logo is for her, based off of her incredible poetry book ‘With Love and Sunflowers’. It’s my way of carrying her light and love forward in everything I do.
